P150-billion CARPER budget may not be enough, says CBCP executive

President Arroyo might have allotted P150 billion for the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program Extension with Reform (CARPER) over five years, but an official of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) yesterday said that the amount is not enough.
