Spokesperson: Erap being "civil" with Arroyo at Cebu wedding

Malacañang thought reconciliation between President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada might be possible after the two shook hands at a wedding in Cebu last Saturday, but Erap's camp dismissed the Palace”s impression Sunday.
